Trishon, the designers of the costumes are sometimes the people who run the respective bands… when I took this photo, I didn’t know the name of the band, and as you can see, I didn’t even get a clear shot of the costume.
As far as showing a history of the costume/band, once you can find out the band, then I’m sure their website will have the full details of their presentation. At the time I took this shot, as I said, I didn’t know the name of the band that was passing, and no one else around me at the time knew. I took a guess that the name of the band was “Pulse8″. Feel free to look them up on the Internet.
I always do my best to get the information, but it is difficult to get it sometimes when you are on the road (and on the run) on Carnival Tuesday. I usually would include more information, but like I said, I was on the run.
